Today could be the day LeBron James finally announces his decision about the future, at least if you believe former NBA basketball player and sports personality Patrick Beverley.
There's a buzz going around that on Monday, James will make an announcement about his next team. Favorites currently include the Golden State Warriors, Cleveland Cavaliers and Miami Heat, but other teams are obviously still in the mix.
"Rumor has it Bron makes his decision today," Beverley shared on social media on Monday with eyes emojis.
"Pat don't play with my emotions like this," one follower said in response.
"Pat he coming to Philly?" another asked.

"Bro waited until after the World Cup just so he can get all the attention," another said about the former Los Angeles Lakers player with the laughing face emoji.
Is it possible James waiting until after the World Cup to make his announcement? It would make sense. Why divide the attention in the sports world? James making his big announce during the World Cup would have taken a little spotlight off of him, so it actually does make sense that he'd want to wait.
The Heat are becoming favorites to land James, even over the Cavaliers. FanDuel Sportsbook recently listed a tally of updated odds, and the Heat are No. 1 at +175, having the best odds to land James in free agency. Next to the Heat, it's the Cavaliers, Warriors, Philadelphia 76ers and Minnesota Timberwolves.
So, the odds are out, but it's still anybody's guess as to where James will land. He makes sense for all of the teams trending as his top picks for very different reasons. Either way, it shouldn't be too long before James finally announces his news to the world.
