Liverpool have officially confirmed the 31-man squad that will fly out to the USA today and take part in a 3-game pre-season tour this summer.

Liverpool have now officially confirmed the travelling squad for this summer’s three-game USA pre-season tour, with Andoni Iraola set for his first matches in charge of the Reds on American soil.
Pre-season formally got underway at the AXA Training Centre last week, with an initial group of returning players reporting for testing, gym work and ball sessions.

Many of the players are still on holiday after their World Cup exploits.
Liverpool depart for Chicago on Monday as they begin a two-week stay in the United States, headlined by friendlies against Sunderland, Wrexham and Leeds United.
The Reds open their tour against Sunderland at Nashville’s GEODIS Park on July 25, before heading to New York to face Wrexham at Yankee Stadium on July 29.
The trip concludes at Soldier Field in Chicago on August 2, where Liverpool will meet Leeds United.
It won’t just be the current first team representing the club stateside, with legends Ian Rush, Robbie Fowler, Phil Thompson and Tash Dowie all travelling to take part in a series of sponsor activations and supporter events according to the Athletic.
Fans across Nashville, New York and Chicago will have the chance to attend meet-and-greets, Q&A sessions and appearances around the games
Liverpool have now confirmed the full initial travelling party for the tour, with a blend of established stars, returning loanees and highly rated Academy prospects all included for the three fixtures in the States. The official squad is:
Gomez, Endo, Jacquet, Kerkez, Szoboszlai, Bradley, Chiesa, Leoni, Jones, Elliott, Tsimikas, Ekitike, Mamardashvili, Woodman, Frimpong, Abe, Nyoni, Bajcetic, Chambers, Ramsay, Scanlon, McConnell, Jaros, Koumas, Morrison, Ngumoha, W. Wright, Hall, Sonni-Lambie, Ndukwe, Davies.
Further senior players will join the group later in the tour after their World Cup commitments.
The initial squad left Liverpool’s John Lennon Airport on Monday afternoon and will arrive at a training base in Chicago this week.
