Travis Hunter’s Wife Opens Up After Years Of Allegations
Leanna Lenee’s old photograph became the basis for a cheating allegation that followed her through Hunter’s Heisman Trophy triumph, NFL arrival, and marriage. In response to the viral story, she has offered a stern response.
“The funniest part about this comment is like I literally never cheated,” Leneesaid in a recent TikTok video. “I don’t know where this rumor or misconception came from.”
The speculation erupted in December 2024, when images and footage apparently showing Lenee dancing with another man at a party began circulating across social media.
The material was presented by some accounts as evidence that she had been unfaithful to Hunter, despite reports at the time describing it as footage taken years earlier. Its resurfacing came during a wave of criticism directed at Lenee after the 2024 Heisman Trophy ceremony.
A short clip showed her initially remaining seated when Hunter was announced as the winner, prompting strangers to scrutinize other moments from the couple’s relationship and search through her social media history.

Lenee believes that the attention allowed a brief encounter before Hunter became far more damaging as a result. Lenee says she did not know Hunter when the picture was taken
“I think it was because like everyone who thought they were drinking team on me started becoming fascinated with my past and were like, ‘Oh my gosh, she partied,’” Leneesaid.
When interest in her personal life was at its peak, the man in the photograph posted the picture.
