FC Halifax Town have signed Stoke City goalkeeper True Grant on loan.
Grant, 20, was previously on the books of Manchester City and is the son of former Stoke, Derby County and Manchester United goalkeeper, and ex-Huddersfield Town boss, Lee Grant.
While at Man City, Grant was first-choice keeper under Town boss John McGrath at Buxton in the National League North during the 2024-25 season, before joining Stoke on a three-year deal last summer.
Grant was a regular for Man City’s Elite Development Squad and was part of their UEFA Champions League squads. He has also played for England’s under 19s.
