Ndiaye's future has been a topic of discussion this summer after reports emerged that he had rejected multiple contract offers from Everton. The Toffees do hold the cards in negotiations with Ndiaye, having a contract until 2029, but it's certainly not a good sign that he's rejecting new deals.
Plenty of sides will be interested in signing Ndiaye if Everton set a reasonable asking price, especially if he continues to refuse to sign a new contract. What Everton's asking price is remains to be seen, as he is undoubtedly one of Everton's key players.
It could be a difficult few weeks if interest does ramp up for the Senegalese international, but as previously mentioned, Everton are in a strong position.
Speaking on one of his latest YouTube videos, Italian journalist Romano has discussed the future of Everton forward Ndiaye. Romano confirms that Ndiaye is a player appreciated by Manchester United, but they are not currently progressing due to the situation of Marcus Rashford.
“Another player appreciated by Man Utd is Iliman Ndiaye at Everton. He is another player they like, but they are not progressing because of the Rashford situation.”
If Rashford heads through the exit door this summer, then there is a chance that Manchester United look to sign a new left-sided attacker. Rashford's future is up in the air at the moment after he returned from Barcelona on loan.
Reports have claimed that United are happy to reintegrate him into the squad if they are unable to find a buyer, which would end a potential pursuit of Ndiaye.
“For Ndiaye, many clubs have been calling. Man Utd, clubs from abroad, a few weeks ago, Aston Villa had some conversations. But for Ndiaye it’s important to say he’ll be really expensive, he’s a really important player, for Everton he’s a crucial, crucial player.”

Interest in Ndiaye from Manchester United has been revealed in the summer previously, but it's interesting that Romano has decided to mention him now.
Whether it is agent-led in order to try and force a potential move remains to be seen, but it's no secret that Ndiaye wants to be playing Champions League football in the near future.
A move to Aston Villa certainly wouldn't be a surprise after losing Morgan Rogers. While United could make a move if Rashford departs.
It's unclear how much Everton will demand for Ndiaye, but it does feel like a figure in the region of £60 million (four times what Everton paid for him) might be a good starting point for negotiations.
