Arsenal look set to miss out on one of England’s most promising academy prospects, with Tottenham Hotspur reportedly closing in on the signing of West Ham United midfielder Isaac Allen.
According to journalist Isaan Khan, Spurs are increasingly confident of completing a deal for the England Under-15 captain despite sustained interest from Arsenal over recent weeks.
The Gunners are understood to have actively pursued Allen and viewed the teenager as one of the standout talents in his age group.
