According to a report from Team Talk, RB Leipzig winger Yan Diomande's representatives have received a fresh approach from Liverpool as they look to beat Paris Saint-Germain in the race.
It's claimed that Liverpool are making a last-ditch attempt in order to hijack PSG's move, but the Reds have once again been informed that Diomande wants to make the move to the French club.
PSG are believed to be willing to pay in the region of £94 million to secure his signature, and they are continuing to work on a deal.
Liverpool are among a number of clubs who have made fresh contact for the winger, but a deal is looking incredibly unlikely at the moment.
The Merseyside club remain the most persistent of Diomande's admirers from the Premier League, and they'll be there waiting if PSG encounter any problems.

Despite that, the Reds have tried again, which perhaps indicates that they are struggling to get anywhere with other potential targets.
Revisiting a deal for Diomande, described as unstoppable by journalist Bence Bocsak, would only make sense if Liverpool got an indication that they'd be able to secure his signature.
A move to PSG appears to be the most likely for now, as long as they are willing to meet RB Leipzig's asking price over the coming weeks.
