AC Milan have been named as one of the clubs interested in signing Chelsea defender Axel Disasi this summer.
Milan have already made a signing to bolster the defence as Mario Gila arrived from Lazio for a fee widely reported to be €30m including bonuses. However, with Fikayo Tomori’s future uncertain and enquiries arriving for Koni De Winter too, another addition can’t be ruled out after a sale.

New Disasi links
According to The Sun, Disasi is an option that the management are evaluating, and he has been linked before. The Frenchman ‘has not been training’ with the squad at Cobham because his future is seen as being away from the club.
Like his team-mate Alejandro Garnacho, who is believed to be a target for Aston Villa, the centre-back has been ‘allowed to train alone and focus on finding a new club’. Last season, he trained alone or with the U21s for the first half of the season before heading to West Ham on loan.
The Hammers wanted to try and bring him back to east London as they look for an immediate return to the Premier League following relegation, but Disasi ‘does not want to move to a Championship club’.
The report adds that Milan are ‘one of a number of Italian sides’ interested in the former Monaco man, while there is also interest from Ligue 1 clubs. Chelsea for their part want £25m to sell him, which is around €29m, and are seeking a permanent solution.
