Cristian Romero’s future is once again in the spotlight following the conclusion of World Cup 2026. According to Sport, Barcelona spoke to Romero before the World Cup but can only bring in the defender if they offload a center-back first.

Spurs are believed to want around 50 million euros for Romero and the defender has also attracted interest from Atletico Madrid and Inter.
