Heat fans are about to learn a Giannis problem Bucks fans know all too well – and it’ll impact LeBron James image

If there's one thing Milwaukee Bucks fans know about Giannis Antetokounmpo, it's that he isn't a great recruiter. Antetokounmpo hasn't really ever gone out of his way to try to get players to come play where he does, though he might have more luck doing that now with the Miami Heat.
The reality is that playing in Miami is probably going to entice a lot more players than Milwaukee.
A lot of these guys want no state income tax, sunshine, and other benefits that come with living in Miami. Milwaukee, however, typically found a way to build really good rosters around Antetokounmpo, though most don't believe that he had anything to do with that.
Antetokounmpo's latest comments all but confirm what everybody already knew in Milwaukee, as he isn't a guy who's going to go out of his way to try to land the best players out there, including LeBron James.
“I don’t think I’ll pitch anything to him,” Antetokounmpo admitted in an interview with Mike Cugno of CBS Miami, H/T Heavy. “I feel like in his career he’s always made good decisions. That’s what the history has shown. Everywhere that he’s been, he’s won. If he believes that the Miami Heat organization is a good decision for him and his family, he should make that decision. He’s one of the greatest players to play this game, if not the greatest.”
This is a typical Antetokounmpo response, and something Bucks fans know all too well. It's unfortunate that he's not trying to recruit one of the greatest players of all time and a guy who can still make an impact for any organization.
Perhaps it's going on behind closed doors, but it doesn't look like anything will change on that front in the near future.
The Heat are probably hoping that he can attract some stars and above-average players, but he'll do so in a different way than going out and trying to land them.
