The group is a youthful one, with senior players who featured at the World Cup set to join later this week and next week.
Included in the 31-man squad are six injured players – Vitezslav Jaros, Conor Bradley, Giovanni Leoni, Stefan Bajcetic, Wataru Endo, and Hugo Ekitike.
Among those set to take centre stage are new £60million signing Jeremy Jacquet and the returning duo of Harvey Elliott and Kostas Tsimikas.
Dominik Szoboszlai, Curtis Jones and Rio Ngumoha are among the headline names. 16-year-old Josh Abe has also travelled, alongside academy players James McConnell, Lewis Koumas, Josh Sonni-Lambie and Will Wright.
New centre-back signing Ifeanyi Ndukwe is included, as are full-backs Luke Chambers, Calum Scanlon and Calvin Ramsay. Under-21 captain and top goalscorer Kieran Morrison will be hoping to impress after being included in the squad.
Mor Talla Ndiaye did not travel with the initial group. According to LFC Next Gen, the Senegalese youngster is currently on his way to Chicago to link up with the first-team squad ahead of Saturday’s fixture against Sunderland.
Ndiaye was named on the senior bench towards the end of last season and has also been involved in Iraola’s training sessions. He completed a move to Liverpool in January 2026, joining the Reds from Amitie FC in his native Senegal.
The central defender initially linked up with Liverpool’s Under-21 squad after making the permanent switch to Anfield.
Ndiaye had previously represented Senegal at the FIFA U17 World Cup, helping his country reach the knockout stages of the tournament in late 2025. He also featured at U18 level for his nation before making the move to England.
After making several appearances for Liverpool U21s, Ndiaye earned his first senior matchday squad call-up in May 2026, when he was named among the substitutes for the Premier League clash against Manchester United.
