Per Kevin O'Connor of Yahoo! Sports, the Pelicans have rejected all trade offers for their highly coveted franchise wing.
"Trey Murphy? League sources say the Pelicans have resisted all trade offers so far and hope to compete next season," O'Connor wrote in his report.

Trey Murphy III is well regarded as a prominent wing piece being monitored by many teams in the NBA trade market given his versatile traits and 3-and-D tendencies.
The Pelicans star enjoyed the best season of his career this past 2025-26 season, averaging 21.5 points, 5.7 rebounds, and 3.8 assists per game while shooting 37.9 percent from three-point range.
Past rumors suggest that the Pelicans were seeking a Desmond Bane-type trade package for Murphy. Notably, last year, the Orlando Magic sent four staggering first-round picks and one first-round pick swap to the Memphis Grizzlies just to acquire Bane.
But right now, it seems that the Pels have pulled off any asking price of theirs on the table and are looking to keep the forward ahead of next season.
