The Gunners are poised to add Christos Tzolis to their ranks, with an approach for Newcastle captain Bruno Guimaraes thought to be imminent amid links to John Stones and Marcus Rashford - who will now cost more than £40million after a clause in his Man United contract expired.
Chelsea are just getting started with their spending spree. After making Morgan Rogers the most expensive British player in football history with a record-breaking £117m transfer, they are targeting Bournemouth midfielder Alex Scott and have been handed a major boost despite seeing an opening bid rejected. Leaving Stamford Bridge, though, is Alejandro Garnacho with a loan switch to Aston Villa all agreed.
Man Utd continue to scour the market for a new midfielder and are said to have made an enquiry for Real Madrid star Aurelien Tchouameni. Jeremy Doku is set to agree a new long-term Manchester City contract in the coming days.
Per Fabrizio Romano, the player reached a verbal agreement over a new deal last month which will be formalised soon.
Josko Gvardiol is also in line for a new deal.
Andreas Schjelderup could be the latest star to join the ranks at Tottenham this summer.
