Arsenal are the latest club to enquire into RB Leipzig winger Yan Diomande, who was subject of an €100 million bid from Liverpool before leaning towards PSG.
It is now almost a month since Diomande, 19, communicated his preference to join Paris Saint-Germain amid concrete offers from Liverpool.
There has been little in the way of developments when it comes to a proposed move to France, and that has left the deal open to other clubs.
talkSPORT’s Ben Jacobs is among those to report a new enquiry from Arsenal, writing on X that their approach was “purely exploratory at this stage.”
He claims that PSG “continue to work on a deal” and that a five-year contract has been provisionally agreed, while Diomande has made clear he wants to be considered as a right winger.

Liverpool are prioritising a move for a right-sided attacker following the departure of Mohamed Salah, and BILD reports that they remain interested along with Arsenal, Real Madrid and Man City.
Diomande’s agency, Roc Nation, are “pressuring PSG to act,” warning the Ligue 1 champions to “signal clear intent and accelerate talks with Leipzig to avoid the risk of another club swooping in.”
PSG are yet to make an official offer and are already seen to be lowballing Monaco with three unsuccessful bids for Maghnes Akliouche.
While Diomande clearly prefers a move to PSG, there is now a sense that the landscape could shift if a deal is not agreed in the near future.
It remains to be seen if Liverpool will return to the table, but it is perhaps telling that there have been no claims of the club ending their interest despite reports of his desire to move elsewhere a month ago.

They are however considering a number of alternatives in the market, including PSG winger Bradley Barcola, who is high on their list of targets.
This Is Anfield understands Akliouche is another player the Reds have enquired into, though there is no indication at this stage that a deal is being pursued despite a reasonable price tag of €50 million (£42.6m).
Diomande is valued significantly higher at closer to €120 million (£102.4m), and Liverpool were widely reported to be preparing another offer after their initial €100 million (£85.4m) bid was turned down.
The teenager is set to report back for pre-season with Leipzig next week following the end of his post-World Cup break.
