According to Mozzart Sport, the two sides are negotiating the final financial details of a potential agreement.
Per report, Hapoel Tel Aviv had also been linked with Moore, but the 24-year-old American is now believed to be closer to joining Partizan.
Moore brings four years of NBA experience
Moore was selected by the Dallas Mavericks with the No. 26 overall pick in the 2022 NBA Draft following three seasons at Duke.
His draft rights were immediately sent to the Houston Rockets before he ultimately landed with the Minnesota Timberwolves.
The 1.96-meter guard has since spent four seasons moving between the NBA and the G League, representing the Timberwolves, Detroit Pistons, and Charlotte Hornets at the NBA level.
Across 96 NBA regular-season appearances, Moore has averaged 2.3 points, 1.4 rebounds, and 0.7 assists while shooting 46.4% from the field. He has primarily been used in a limited reserve role, averaging fewer than 10 minutes per game during his NBA career.
Moore made six appearances for Detroit during the 2025-26 campaign, averaging 1.7 points, 1.0 rebounds, and 0.7 assists.
Former Duke guard impressed in G League
Although Moore struggled to secure a permanent NBA rotation role, he produced significantly stronger numbers in the G League.
Playing for the Motor City Cruise last season, Moore averaged 19.8 points, 4.2 rebounds, 3.0 assists, and 1.5 steals in 27.8 minutes across 22 appearances.
He shot 53.7% from the field, 41.9% from three-point range, and 81.5% from the free-throw line, starting 18 games.
Moore also previously played for the Iowa Wolves, averaging 19.0 points, 4.8 rebounds, 4.1 assists, and 2.0 steals during the 2023-24 G League regular season.
During his final college season at Duke, Moore averaged 13.4 points, 5.3 rebounds, 4.4 assists, and 1.4 steals, earning All-ACC Second Team and ACC All-Defensive Team honors before entering the NBA Draft.
Should the deal be completed, Moore would leave the United States for the first time in his professional career and begin his debut EuroLeague season with Partizan.
