Liverpool transfer target Yan Diomande has added further fuel to the transfer fire with recent social media activity. The winger has removed most of his Instagram posts connected to RB Leipzig amid continuing doubt over his future.

According to Bild, the Ivory Coast international is expected to rejoin the Bundesliga side at some point next week for pre-season assessments, having represented his nation at the World Cup.

RB have not confirmed an exact date for his return, with Liverpool, Paris Saint-Germain and Arsenal all said to be interested in acquiring the 19-year-old following an outstanding season.

Diomande netted 15 goals and provided a further 11 assists for his colleagues across all competitions for the Bundesliga outfit after his transfer to Germany from CD Leganes.

RB Leipzig will reportedly demand €120million (£102.5m) for Diomande this summer, with the Gunners, Real Madrid, Manchester City and the previously mentioned sides circling.

The report suggests a bidding war could begin, though Diomande has reportedly agreed terms with PSG until summer 2031.

However, no formal offer from the Ligue 1 and Champions League champions has been lodged.

It's reported that Diomande's representatives are applying pressure on PSG to complete a transfer, in a bid to prevent another club swooping in for the deal.

Liverpool, who are looking for a successor to Mohamed Salah, are one of the clubs keen on signing Diomande this summer, though it's unclear whether they'll match Leipzig's asking price.

Andoni Iraola's side have already completed the signing of Spain international Victor Munoz and have eyes on further attacking reinforcements.

The Ivorian's social media behaviour has sparked considerable speculation back in Germany, with just four posts remaining that relate to RB Leipzig.

Diomande's follower count has rocketed after his impressive performances for Ivory Coast at the World Cup, climbing to 1.1million on Instagram.

Leipzig are understood to be eager to extend his current contract beyond 2030, though the report suggests that social media activity indicates a different outcome.

When questioned about his future at the World Cup, Diomande said: "I expect to leave the club."
