Everton could be set to lose Beto, with Premier League rivals Nottingham Forest weighing up a move for the striker, according to the Daily Mail.
Beto enjoyed a somewhat productive season at the Hill Dickinson Stadium in 2025/26, netting ten goals in 40 appearances across all competitions for the Toffees. While this return has seemingly been enough to spark interest from clubs in the English top flight, the Merseysiders are understood to potentially be willing to cash in on the Guinea-Bissau star, possibly to raise funds for a marquee striker addition.
West Ham were linked with Beto back in December, although this move failed to materialise, and now that the Hammers are a Championship side, it's difficult to envisage the 28-year-old being drawn to the London Stadium.
Instead, Forest are interested in signing the former Udinese man, as the East Midlands club continue to enact their ambitious summer moves.
