Dominik Szoboszlai scored a brilliant goal for Liverpool as the Reds beat Sunderland in Nashville this weekend, with the Hungarian looking sharp in the first game under Andoni Iraola.
Post-match, he posted a selection of pictures from the fixture at GEODIS Park on social media, including a shot from just before he let fly from distance and beat goalkeeper Melker Ellborg.
Erling Haaland responded to the post on Instagram, writing "Damn". It has been a summer filled with social media activity for the Norwegian, who was spotted carrying a taxidermy raccoon after his country was knocked out of the World Cup.
Haaland and Szoboszlai are good friends from their time together at Red Bull Salzburg in Austria.
Liverpool skipper Virgil van Dijk, who will link up with his teammates when they return to Merseyside, was among those to like the post, which was captioned: "Good start. Special feeling. More to come."
In addition to Szoboszlai, Kieran Morrison, Federico Chiesa and Lewis Koumas were also on the scoresheet in Tennessee. Morrison spoke glowingly about the impact that Iraola is having post-match.

"It's like a new philosophy this past week," Morrison said on LFCTV. "Whatever he's been doing at Bournemouth, it's obviously worked.
"He's one of the best managers in the league. He's come here and he's taught me varied and different playing styles. He's telling me things I've never heard of before. It's a credit to Andoni.
"Obviously I take it game by game. I was just glad to get on the plane in the first place for pre-season and I'm glad he trusted me to start. I'm glad to help the team with a goal. We'll see where that takes me now."
Sunderland center-back Dan Ballard also spoke about the differences between Iraola's side and what it was like to come up against Arne Slot's version of the Reds last year.

"I think there was a lot of differences," Ballard told reporters. "I think the new gaffer sets the team up in the press very differently and he is very intense in the way he wants his teams to play.
"We did a lot of work looking at the Bournemouth team of last year, and they are very aggressive in their press, and they play very vertically and go straight for goal.
"That is a little bit different from Slot's team, which was a little more possession-based. They gave us a bit more time on the ball last year, which we were quite surprised at, playing Liverpool and knowing them throughout the years."
