Johnny Juzang is joining Fenerbahce on a one-year deal.
Fenerbahce Beko Istanbul have closed another addition to their roster ahead of the 2026-27 EuroLeague season.
The Turkish club has offcially announced the signing of former NBA guard-forward Johnny Juzang. The 25-year-old is moving to Istanbul on a one-year deal after finishing last season with Zenit St. Petersburg.
Juzang gives head coach Sarunas Jasikevicius another perimeter scoring option capable of playing at both shooting guard and small forward.
Former Jazz wing owns NBA experience
After going undrafted in 2022, Juzang signed with the Utah Jazz and divided his time between the NBA team and its G League affiliate, the Salt Lake City Stars.
He spent three seasons with Utah and enjoyed his most productive NBA campaign in 2024-25, when he averaged 8.9 points, 2.9 rebounds and 1.1 assists across 64 appearances. He converted 37.6% of his three-point attempts while playing 19.8 minutes per game.
Juzang later signed a two-way deal with Minnesota but appeared in only 21 games during the 2025-26 season, averaging 2.0 points in 4.2 minutes before leaving for Europe.
Across 123 NBA appearances with the Jazz and Timberwolves, he has averaged 6.9 points and 2.2 rebounds while shooting 35.8% from three-point range.
Juzang starred during UCLA's Final Four run
Juzang began his college career at Kentucky before transferring to UCLA, where he became one of the standout performers of the 2021 NCAA Tournament.
He averaged 22.8 points and 4.0 rebounds across six tournament games while helping the 11th-seeded Bruins advance from the First Four to the Final Four.
Juzang scored 28 points against Michigan in the Elite Eight before producing 29 points in UCLA's dramatic overtime loss to Gonzaga in the national semifinal. His performances earned him a place on the All-NCAA Tournament Team.
