Former Liverpool midfielder has completed a move to Tranmere Rovers.
The summer transfer window is gathering pace as Arsenal, Chelsea, Manchester United, Liverpool and Tottenham Hotspur continue to pursue major signings.
Arsenal are reportedly targeting Vinicius Jr and are prepared to offer the Brazilian a record-breaking contract to secure a blockbuster move.

Manchester United have completed the signing of Swansea City goalkeeper Kit Margetson. The Red Devils also retain interest in Real Madrid duo Aurelien Tchouameni and Eduardo Camavinga, while Carlos Baleba remains on their radar.
Chelsea, meanwhile, are reportedly in shock talks over Danny Welbeck and are preparing an improved bid for Bournemouth midfielder Alex Scott.
Liverpool are plotting a major move for Barcola, although Yan Diomande is expected to join Real Madrid, while Maghnes Akliouche appears to have chosen Paris Saint-Germain.
Elsewhere, Tranmere Rovers have officially confirmed the signing of former Liverpool midfielder Tom Ince on a two-year contract.
The 34-year-old arrives after spending the past three seasons with Championship side Watford. Across his career, Ince has made more than 550 senior appearances and scored 114 goals.
After beginning his career at Liverpool, Ince went on to play in the Premier League for Crystal Palace, Hull City and Huddersfield Town. He has also represented Blackpool, Derby County, Stoke City and Reading.
The son of former Liverpool, Manchester United and England midfielder Paul Ince, Tom has been capped by England at Under-17, Under-19 and Under-21 level.
A product of Liverpool’s academy, Ince was part of the Reds’ FA Youth Cup side that reached the 2009 final. He made his senior debut under Roy Hodgson during the 2010-11 season, coming on as a substitute in the League Cup defeat to Northampton Town at Anfield.
He was released by Liverpool in the summer of 2011 before joining Blackpool, where he made more than 100 appearances, scored 33 goals and later played under his father during the 2013-14 campaign.
Speaking after signing, Ince said: “It’s a great feeling, bit full circle for me. I’m looking forward to it. It’s always great when you come to a club like this.
“The good thing about it for me is that I have that hunger and that desire still. I think that’s what’s allowed me to have the career that I’ve been able to have, the amount of games I’ve been able to play and the level I’ve been able to reach.”
Manager Darrell Clarke added: “Tom is a player who brings real quality and experience to the group. He’s played at a very high level throughout his career.
“He’ll give us creativity, composure and versatility in the final third, while his experience will be invaluable to some of our younger players and we believe he’ll be an excellent addition to what we’re building here.”
