Arsenal head to Spain for their first official pre-season game against Girona as they prepare to defend their title.
The Premier League champions recently faced MK Dons, defeating them 3-0 in a behind-closed-doors friendly.

As Mikel Arteta's men head across to Spain, Kai Havertz, Piero Hincapie and Viktor Gyokeres are set to rejoin the team.
Their Catalan opponents faced heartbreak last season and were relegated from La Liga.
The two sides have faced each other before in Europe's elite competition.
Arsenal secured a late comeback against Girona in the round of 16 in 2025.
They beat the Spanish team 2-1, with Ethan Nwaneri and Jorginho securing their name on the goalsheet.

The fixture will be played on Saturday, August 1.
It is scheduled to kick off at 7pm BST (8pm local time).
It will take place at the Estadi Montilivi - home of Girona FC.

Christian Tzolis is Arsenal's marquee signing of the summer, and fans could see him in action for the first time after he registered an assist against MK Dons.
