It is claimed that the Saudi side have received encouragement from Ndiaye's camp about a possible move, but talks are yet to begin between the two clubs.
It's claimed that Everton are expected to place a lofty valuation on Ndiaye, similar to the £70 million Barcelona paid to get Anthony Gordon out of Newcastle.
Ndiaye has three years remaining on his contract at the Hill Dickinson Stadium, putting Everton in a strong negotiating position.
