Liverpool’s chase for Bradley Barcola has heated up since the World Cup came to a close earlier this month.

The French international quickly became the priority for the Reds after it was clear that Yan Diomande had set his eyes elsewhere.

There has been plenty of conflicting views on what Barcola will cost Liverpool. Widespread reports suggest that PSG will hold fast on their valuation €170m, while it has been suggested by Fabrizio Romano that Liverpool will be able to negotiate this fee down.

France’s RMC Sport reported over the past weekend that there is no possibility for the 23-year-old to extend his contract at the European champions this summer, with his current terms set to expire in 2028.

It’s a big indication that Barcola is open to a move away from the French capital. Liverpool is believed to be his ideal location.

So much so, that it is said that the former Olympqiue Lyon winger has already spoken to Andoni Iraola and senior Anfield officials – with those talks culminating in him agreeing to join the club this summer.

However, DaveOCKOP.com can now exclusively reveal details of Liverpool’s latest bid for the two-time Champions League winger.

Liverpool is set to submit a huge proposal to Paris Saint-Germain worth a staggering €110 million (£94 million) upfront.

The structure of the deal also includes performance-based bonuses, with an additional €20 million tied to domestic league success and a further €20 million linked to Champions League achievements.

This would take the total potential value of the deal to €150 million,

Of course, that will still fall short of the widely reported valuation of €170m, with €40m not guaranteed for Luis Enrique’s side.

Barcola, still only in the early stages of his career, is seen as a long-term investment who could become a cornerstone of Liverpool’s next generation.

While no agreement has been finalized yet, the scale of the offer suggests Liverpool are prepared to push hard to get this deal over the line. With PSG now actively involved in negotiations, this is a story that could develop quickly in the coming days.
