Everton are one of the Premier League sides to have shown an interest in FC Neom defender Nathan Zézé as he eyes a potential return to Europe.
L’Equipe report that the 21-year-old has suitors in the Premier League and Everton are one of them.

The newspaper explains that while Nathan Zézé hasn’t packed his bags yet, the possibility of seeing the former Nantes player return to Europe has been gaining momentum in recent weeks.
The situation in the Gulf, shaken by the war between the United States and Iran, continues to create instability and concern for players. Zézé is one of those considering his future.
He finished last season among the highest rated players in the Saudi Pro League and is on France’s radar too. He is a part of every U21 squad and a key player for Gérald Baticle’s team.
Everton interest
A return to Europe would only aid his international ambitions. And Neom also find themselves in a position where they need to sell before they can buy this summer. Zézé was purchased for €20m a year ago but could bring in the kinds of funds they need.
Inter Milan are one of the clubs being made aware of his situation after previously targeting him at Nantes. Al-Hilal are also in the mix and can make ‘compelling arguments’ – the finances, that European suitors cannot match.
That’s even the case for the Premier League, where Bournemouth, Crystal Palace and Everton are among his ‘suitors’. None of the interested parties have opened official talks with Neom at this point. They are all very much just looking at the youngster should he leave Saudi Arabia this summer.
The question for Everton is whether they want to target another centre-back, with that an area they are well covered in at this moment in time. They would, presumably, prefer to spend their money elsewhere for now.
