All the transfer talk at Arsenal concerns Vinicius Junior and Bruno Guimaraes - but what about departures?

The Gunners are continuing efforts to push the two statement double deals through and a defender is also being eyed but whatever materialises, there will be exits at the Emirates Stadium before the September 1 deadline.

Arsenal have a number of fringe players in their squad that they need to offload while several youth prospects could also potentially head out on loan.

Tom Canton and Ryan Taylor assess whether Arsenal should keep, loan or sell 10 players linked with moves away over the past month or so.

Kepa Arrizabalaga

Canton – Replace, showed that during the League Cup final that a better quality number two is needed – I would have given the spot to Tommy Setford, it should not be Illan Meslier.Taylor - Keep, providing Tommy Setford is loaned as no point selling if a replacement needs to be sourced.

Tommy Setford

Canton – As above, but if not a loan is definitely needed, he must play.

Taylor - Due a loan, really good prospect, now needs senior football.

Ben White

Canton – Have to keep now after the injury to William Saliba and I would use him centrally, looking instead not to sign a centre-half and instead a versatile full-back.Taylor - I'd keep. The right-back market is starved of top options and White can play CB too.

Christian Norgaard

Canton – Need to sell, not trusted enough by the manager and Declan Rice and Martin Zubimendi should be the rotating sixes.

Taylor - I'd sell but it's not essential. Only worth selling if Bruno Guimaraes or another midfielder arrive.

Myles Lewis-Skelly

Canton – Keep, brilliant talent who has transformed his prospects with his end-of-season performances.

Taylor - Keep. Has proven his worth in midfield and can still play LB if needed.

Fabio Vieira

Canton – Sell, but aim for £10million-plus to save some face after a good season in Germany.Taylor - Sell. Had a good season at Hamburger SV, so it's time to strike while the iron is hot.

Reiss Nelson

Canton – Sell. Finally, to where though, who knows. Some interest in Spain exists and at Championship level in England. Would expect another late resolution next month.Taylor - Sell. Can't see many clubs stumping up cash on the back of a tough loan at Brentford.

Ethan Nwaneri

Canton – Keep, and invest time into. Needs to get more regular minutes and Arsenal cannot waste his talent.Taylor - Loan. Still huge potential but can't see how it gets minutes at Arsenal.

Gabriel Martinelli

Canton – Sell, unless no reasonable upgrade can be found, but that would be a failure of the window if one is not secured.Taylor - Sell if Vinicius Jr or an upgrade can be signed.

Gabriel Jesus

Canton – Sell, and try and get good money but supposed expectations of £20million will be very difficult to secure considering his wages.Taylor - Sell if there is scope to sign another attacker. Can chip in with goals but is a decent earner so that money can be saved.
