Andoni Iraola made it back-to-back pre-season victories as Liverpool beat Wrexham 1-0 at New York's iconic Yankee Stadium.
Second-half substitute Rio Ngumoha scored the only goal of the game when his effort looped up off Wrexham defender Lewis Brunt before beating goalkeeper Danny Ward.
As is the custom, Iraola used the full range of his squad in New York and made sweeping changes at various points to give as many players as he could minutes.
Florian Wirtz, Alexander Isak and Ryan Gravenberch all remained in Chicago to continue building their fitness while Federico Chiesa missed out through illness and Jeremy Jacquet was also absent.
Liverpool will now conclude their pre-season tour of the United States with a game against Leeds United at Chicago's Soldier Field on Sunday.
The ECHO was at Yankee Stadium to run the rule over proceedings. Here's how we rated things on the night.
GIORGI MAMARDASHVILI - 7
Was alert to deny a threatening Wrexham chance by racing off his line and made a good save to deny Smith before the offside flag was raised.
CALVIN RAMSAY - 6
Struggled to support Josh Abe offensively but didn't do too much wrong defensively.
IFEANYI NDUKWE - 7
Giant Austrian is a man mountain at just 18 and won his fair share of battles and headers during this cameo. Improvements with his distribution will come in time.
LUKE CHAMBERS - 8
A very assured display from Chambers at left centre-back. He hasn't put a foot wrong so far on this tour. So calm in possession and always in the right place to sense danger.
MILOS KERKEZ - 6
His first start of the summer saw him unable to get forward as much as he would like. Was rarely troubled defensively.
DOMINIK SZOBOSZLAI - 8
Looked sharp on his first start of pre-season. Appeared to relish being the captain for the night and stepped it up with his class. Game was too easy for him at times.
TREY NYONI - 7
Seemed to enjoy the deeper midfield role, breaking up Wrexham attacks using the ball intelligently. Could be a really useful player for Iraola if he sticks around.
JOSHUA ABE - 6
Had a big chance early on but couldn't apply the finish. Senior experience at just 16 shows how highly regarded he is.
HARVEY ELLIOTT - 7
Always wanted to get on the ball and make things happen in that No.10 role. Forced a good save from Ward in the second half. Could be a real option under Iraola this season.
CALUM SCANLON - 7
Another lively outing from the versatile left-sided player. So quick when he skips off down the wing.
LEWIS KOUMAS - 6
Found it difficult at times leading the line and looks better suited to operating in wider areas.
Subs
CURTIS JONES - 6
Looked strong and fit following his second-half arrival. Carried it with purpose at times.
KIERAN MORRISON - 6
Unable to properly build on his impressive showing in Nashville but did OK out on the left side for this one.
KOSTAS TSIMIKAS - 6
Should be solid competition for Kerkez this term if he stays. Didn't do a whole lot wrong.
RIO NGUMOHA - 7
Playing on the right side, he started slowly on the opposite flank to where he made his name but scored the opener with a deflected effort.
JAMES MCCONNELL - 6
Kept things ticking over in midfield and was always trying to be progressive with his passing.
JEREMIE FRIMPONG - 6
Got forward as often as he could on that right side but wasn't as productive with his crossing as he would have liked.
WILL WRIGHT - 6
Always willing to get physical with the Wrexham defence and pressed and harried out of possession. Still waiting to really see what he can do this pre-season though.
HARVEY DAVIES - 6
Didn't have too much to do after his introduction for Mamardashvili.
MOR TALLA NDIAYE - 6
Another young defender who looks impressive in size. Senegalese teenager slotted in nicely.
JOSH SONNIE-LAMBIE - 6
First pre-season minutes for the Academy forward. Wasn't involved as much as he would have liked.
