Rob Elliot says that no interested parties have yet met Carlisle United’s valuation on goalkeeper Gabe Breeze.
The Blues No1 has been the subject of interest this summer, with Cambridge United named as recent bidders.
Amid reports that the League One club had tabled a fresh bid for Breeze, Carlisle head coach Elliot said that the Blues were not ready to sell based on what is currently on the table.
And he said that United are “comfortable” with the current situation, while Breeze is fully focused on matters at Brunton Park amid the EFL interest.
Transfer reporter Pete O’Rourke on Tuesday claimed Cambridge had upped their initial bid, which Carlisle had rejected.

Asked for the club’s position in light of the speculation, Elliot said: “Until a value is met on Gabe that the club would feel fit to do, I don't think anything's going to be done.
“I'm very comfortable and happy with Gabe. He's a great lad. He's a great goalkeeper.
“He's only young and he's going to have good moments and bad moments, but he's been brilliant in pre-season and his personality is top.
“Then Archie Mair comes in, who has also been excellent.

“I think it's one of those [situations] where Gabe's our player and we value him highly. If someone wants to make the bid, that's got to be right for all parties.
“I don't think we're at that stage yet.”
Breeze missed out on Tuesday’s friendly against Salford City having had staples in the knee injury he suffered the previous week at Darlington.
Elliot said he hopes the 22-year-old from Penrith will be fit for the start of the new National League season.
And the Blues boss said the academy product is showing no signs of having his focus adversely affected by the transfer interest.
“He's a top, top lad. He's got a brilliant mentality,” Elliot said.
“He's very balanced.
“I said to him, ‘It's a positive thing that clubs are looking at you, because it shows you're doing something well’.
“But Gabe's focused. He's trained brilliantly. He's played brilliantly. You don't chuck yourself on a ball like he did against Darlington [in the incident where he sustained the injury] if you're in two minds about anything.
“We're quite happy with the Gabe situation. We're really pleased with him and Archie and that’s just how we'll approach it from there.”

In Breeze’s absence, youth team keeper Sam Worth was in the squad for the Salford game, the 17-year-old coming off the bench for a brief appearance late on, summer signing Mair having started the game.
