Liverpool will face Leeds United as they continue their preparations for the 2026/27 Premier League season in Chicago on Sunday.
The Reds have already recorded victories over Sunderland in Nashville and Wrexham in New York during their pre-season tour of the United States.

After the win over Championship side Wrexham, Andoni Iraola said: “I think overall we were more solid than the other day.
“It was a different kind of game, the pitch is quite narrow and there are not a lot of spaces. But I think we had good spells.
“And even if the other day maybe you score more goals and it looks nicer, I think today we were more a team and more collective.
“I’m happy today because we played a lot of the young players. Some of them had difficult match-ups, [Luke] Chambers playing as a centre-back against big bodies, he covered very well and played very well from the back.
“The wingers – Josh Abe, Kieran Morrison at the end. Good performances from young players, which I think is always good.”
This summer marks Iraola’s first pre-season in charge as he looks to guide Liverpool to a stronger campaign after last season’s fifth-place Premier League finish.
Liverpool will conclude their preparations with two fixtures at Anfield, hosting AS Monaco on August 9 before facing Como twice on August 16.
Monaco head into the clash having strengthened their squad with the signing of French striker Matthis Abline from Nantes. The 23-year-old has signed a five-year contract that runs until June 2031.
Abline began his career with FC2L Laurentais Landemont before progressing through the academies of USJA Carquefou and Stade Rennais.
He made his Ligue 1 debut for Rennes in April 2021 and scored his first senior goal later that year in the UEFA Europa Conference League qualifiers.
Loan spells at Le Havre and Auxerre helped accelerate his development before he joined Nantes on loan in the summer of 2023. After impressing, the move was made permanent in 2024.
He finished as Nantes’ top scorer during the 2024/25 campaign with 11 goals and two assists, earning a place in France’s squad for the 2025 UEFA European Under-21 Championship.
Abline followed that up with another productive season in 2025/26, registering eight goals and seven assists in 35 Ligue 1 appearances before completing his move to Monaco.
