The summer transfer window is now in full swing, with several Premier League clubs continuing to strengthen their squads.
Tottenham and Chelsea have been among the busiest sides so far, making significant investments, while Liverpool, Arsenal and Manchester United are expected to step up their activity in the coming weeks.

The Brazilian midfielder has become a bigger priority in recent days, with reports suggesting an offer in excess of £75million could be enough to secure a deal.
Meanwhile, Liverpool are expected to pay significantly more than that figure if they are to sign Bradley Barcola from Paris Saint-Germain. However, PSG could soften their stance as they close in on a move for Monaco winger Maghnes Akliouche.
Elsewhere, transfer expert Fabrizio Romano reports that Brighton have agreed a deal to sign former Liverpool striker Valentin Joseph. The 18-year-old attracted interest from several clubs before deciding on a move to the Amex Stadium.
Romano posted on X: “Brighton agree deal to sign Valentin Joseph as talented striker for the future. 18 year old English forward was wanted by several clubs as he’s leaving Blackburn Rovers but #BHAFC win race.”
Valentin Joseph is a promising English forward who impressed during his time in Blackburn Rovers’ academy system. He previously spent time with Liverpool and Bury before joining Rovers from Walton & Hersham FC.
The 2025/26 campaign proved to be a breakthrough season for Joseph, with the striker scoring 21 goals in 31 appearances across Blackburn’s Under-18 and Under-21 teams.
His standout performances included nine goals in five FA Youth Cup matches, breaking a club record, as well as impressive displays in the Premier League Under-18s and Premier League 2.
Regarded as a natural centre-forward with significant potential, Joseph is viewed by Brighton as a long-term investment rather than an immediate first-team option.
