€70m Liverpool target could now leave after ‘heated exchange’ involving Jorge Mendes
Liverpool’s desire to sign an attacker in the ongoing summer transfer window is the worst-kept secret, and their pursuit of Bradley Barcola has been reported widely by several media outlets across the continent.
The Reds remain in talks to sign the PSG man, who has made a massive impression for club and country this season.
However, it wouldn’t be wise to put all eggs in one basket, at least at this time of the transfer window.
Liverpool have previously been linked with a move for Francisco Conceicao, who has fared quite well since moving to Juventus.
And now, after recent developments in Turin, the Portuguese international could well be on the move this summer.

Juventus are close to signing Karim Alajbegovic from Bayer Leverkusen to bolster their attacking options.
And the Bosnian’s arrival would push Conceicao further down the pecking order, which isn’t an ideal situation for anyone involved.
Gazzetta dello Sport report that Juventus recently had a ‘heated exchange’ involving Conceicao as they continue to deliberate whether or not to part with him.

The report also states that both Manchester United and Liverpool have enquired about his signature, especially since he won’t be the first choice in Turin.
Super-agent Jorge Mendes, who represents the player, has taken charge of negotiations and made it clear to the Bianconeri that the two Premier League giants want to sign Conceicao.
He has a price tag of around €70m, but there is a belief that a deal could be done considerably cheaper, as the tricky winger will not start every game after Alajbegovic’s impending arrival.
