Vinicius Junior agency issues statement amid Arsenal transfer links
Vinicius Junior’s representatives have issued a strongly-worded statement criticising “fake and damaging information” as speculation continues around a potential move to Arsenal.
The transfer remains one of the biggest stories of the summer, although Roc Nation Sports International did not directly mention the player or the Gunners.
GiveMeSport reports that Roc Nation Sports International issued the statement amid growing speculation surrounding several of its clients, including Vinicius.
The agency criticised what it described as “unprofessional and uninformed media” publishing information without foundation.
However, there is an important distinction.
Roc Nation did not identify which reports it was addressing and did not directly deny that Arsenal are interested in Vinicius.

The statement arrives on the same day that speculation around the Brazilian’s future has continued to gather momentum.
ReadArsenal reported earlier on Sunday that Mikel Arteta refused to rule out a move for Vinicius when questioned about the Real Madrid winger.
Arteta laughed and walked away when directly asked when Vinicius would be joining Arsenal, although he later confirmed that the Premier League champions remain active in the market and expect further movement.
Uncertainty also continues over Vinicius’ Real Madrid future as negotiations over a new contract remain unresolved.
That has inevitably fuelled speculation over whether Madrid could consider selling rather than risk allowing his contractual situation to become more complicated.
Roc Nation’s latest message adds another layer to the story, but it should not be treated as confirmation that Arsenal-related reports are inaccurate.
Until either the agency or Vinicius addresses Arsenal specifically, the transfer picture remains unchanged.
Arsenal are interested, Vinicius’ future remains uncertain and one of the summer’s most ambitious potential transfers is still unresolved.
