**Fabrizio Romano has dropped an update on the Bradley Barcola to Liverpool transfer file, but it’s not exactly what fans will be hoping to hear.**
While Liverpool and PSG are in talks and are working towards finding a compromise for Barcola to move to Merseyside, this is not a deal that will be completed imminently, reports Fabrizio Romano.
The Italian journalist dropped a massive update late on Sunday night, warning Liverpool fans that this is a transfer saga that may take even more time to reach its conclusion.
Signing Barcola to replace Mohamed Salah’s talismanic influence in wide areas is a crucial piece of the Liverpool transfer puzzle this summer, and given the financial scale of this deal, it should not be a surprise if it mimics the Alexander Isak saga from last summer.
The Swede only joined Liverpool on Deadline Day for a final fee of £125m, and although this deal should be cheaper than that, it won’t be much cheaper.
