The 2026-27 Premier League season is a little over two weeks away and clubs are pressing to complete deals before champions Arsenal lift the curtain on the new campaign. The Gunners are one of the busiest outfits currently as they seek to secure the signing of Newcastle captain Bruno Guimaraes while also pursuing the blockbuster acquisition of Real Madrid superstar Vinicius Junior.
Bitter foes Manchester United and Liverpool are both looking to conduct more business to beef up their squads while Tottenham, having spent hundreds of millions already in this window, are considering a raid on their red rivals to buy Cody Gakpo.
Liverpool are considering a move to sign Illia Zabarnyi, the defender with whom Andoni Iraola worked with at Bournemouth.
Zabarnyi finds himself out of favour at PSG, who he joined for £57million a year ago.
But DaveOCKOP.com says talks have been held with the Ukrainian centre-back's agents about a potential move.
His entourage have reportedly offered his services to the Anfield club.

Having already signed Andy Robertson from Liverpool this summer, Tottenham could raid the Reds again to snatch away Cody Gakpo.
Sky Sports report that Spurs are showing interest in the Dutchman, 27.
Roberto De Zerbi wants to sign at least one more wide forward.
But Liverpool are reluctant to sell the Netherlands international and would require a massive offer to do so.
It is also claimed that Liverpool want a replacement through the door first.

Arsenal have presented a weekly wage that is acceptable to Real Madrid winger Vini Jr - but there is still no complete agreement on personal terms.
The Gunners are in discussions with the Brazilian's representatives as they look to pull off a huge deal.
The 26-year-old is into the final year of his contract at the Bernabeu and is willing to move to north London.
But the Daily Mail say a verbal agreement on a potential signing-on fee has not yet been reached.
Arsenal will hope to find common ground soon to put them in the strongest possible position to prise Vini Jr out of Madrid if he does not sign a new contract.
It remains unclear precisely how much Real Madrid would demand to sell Vini Jr though their position is weakened by the fact he would be a free agent in 12 months' time.
Manchester United's hopes of signing Lewis Hall from Newcastle appear to have been dealt a body blow.
The i Paper report that Hall is deemed 'untouchable' by the Magpies who have already lost Sandro Tonali, Anthony Gordon, Kieran Trippier and possibly also soon captain Bruno Guimaraes.
Hall, 21, is deemed a dream long-term replacement for Luke Shaw at Old Trafford.
But Newcastle, who recently saw head coach Eddie Howe hand in his resignation, have zero plans to let the left-back leave this month.
Instead, it is stated that the Englishman is 'unequivocally not for sale'.
