Arsenal have confirmed refunds are available to fans who bought pre-season friendly packages after technical issues hit their service in the win over Girona. The club have also said those problems are still persisting which has meant that today's game against Real Betis is unavailable through their channels.
Their statement read: "We can confirm that all supporters who have purchased a pre-season package will receive a full refund following technical issues during Saturday’s live stream of our match against Girona.
"The issue affected access to the stream through Arsenal.com and The Arsenal app, and is still being investigated. Whilst we continue to work on this, Wednesday’s match against Real Betis will not be shown on either platform."
The second half of the 4-1 victory over Girona was made available on YouTube after problems in the first half. Arsenal in-house commentators apologised for the technical difficulties and the second part of their statement titled 'refund information' has revealed which supporters are entitled to get their money back.
