A small group of Arsenal players were involved in an academy training session yesterday, including U18 prospects Remi Lupinski and Maalik Hashi.
The Sobha Realty Training Centre is a quiet place at present with the first-team squad (including a large contingent of academy players) in Dublin ahead of tonight’s friendly against Real Betis while the U17s are currently competing at the Future Star Tournament in Shanghai.
First-team captain Martin Odegaard is now [back in training](https://x.com/arsenal/status/2084927571452461408?s=46) at Sobha and the remaining members of the U21 squad are continuing to train.
These include goalkeeper Lucas Nygaard and defender Jaden Dixon, who are candidates for loan moves before the transfer window closes. Dixon is nearing a return to fitness after injury.
U18s goalkeeper Lupinski recently signed his first professional contract, while Hashi was named in the initial squad for the U17 tournament but didn’t travel.
The other players who trained are those members of the U21 squad who aren’t in Dublin, namely: Remy Mitchell, Evan Mooney, Marcell Washington and Louis Zecevic John.
Recent signing Elijah Upson wasn’t pictured in training, which was also the case for Archie Stevens.
Goalkeeper Jack Porter is training with Barnet but it isn’t currently clear if this is ahead of a potential move.
