Alieu Njie has played for two seasons at Torino and is now attracting attention from Crystal Palace, after an Everton approach.
The Swedish attacker played 15 times in the 2025/26 campaign, scoring once. In the 2024/25 Serie A season, he found the net once while playing 16 times. He came through the Turin club’s youth academy, impressing across the U17s, U18s and U19s.
In June, Sport Witness covered Everton’s interest in Njie. The Toffees appeared keen on making a formal offer and had touched base with the player’s entourage, who were working to secure a transfer.
TuttoSport suggested the Merseyside club would be happy to offer €9m but Crystal Palace have now offered more than that.
Torino standing firm
Alfredo Pedulla reports the attention around Njie is growing once again. Anderlecht had an offer rejected some weeks ago and an offer from Crystal Palace has also landed on Torino’s table.
The Eagles have put forward a package worth €17m and this has a fixed base of €10m.
Torino have promptly rejected this offer, just as they did with Everton.
ToroNews add more, saying that this is a sign of growing interest in the attacker. Torino are confident the player will grow further next season, with the player on the radar of many European clubs in recent weeks.

Our take: Torino raising player value
At 21, Njie has never really made a consistent impact in Serie A. He has never been a regular, which suggests that Torino are clearly trying to raise his price, fuelling it using suggestions of bids and interest from England.
€17m should be enough for a player like Njie. Italian clubs struggle to reject amounts like that, especially as it hands Il Toro a significant capital gain in this case.
There is no reason for Crystal Palace to offer more as anything over €17m would be unrealistic.
