Manchester City and Spurs may be circling, but Pedro Neto isn’t pushing for the Stamford Bridge exit door just yet.
Pedro Neto is working his way back into shape after an extended post-World Cup rest, but transfer drama is brewing around him. Both Manchester City and Tottenham are circling for Neto, with former Blues boss Enzo Maresca eager for an Etihad reunion if Savinho departs.
New Chelsea manager Xabi Alonso genuinely likes Neto and considers him part of his plans for the upcoming campaign, meaning the club isn’t actively shopping him.
However, Stamford Bridge chiefs haven’t completely shut the door. Especially if a monster bid lands on their desk before the deadline, Chelsea will be open to listening.

How Pedro Neto feels about his Chelsea future
According to TeamTalk, Neto is not actively pushing to leave Stamford Bridge, but he is weighing up his future following Chelsea’s recruitment drive this summer.
Morgan Rogers and Geovany Quenda can both play on the right-hand side, as well as Estevao Willian, so it’s not as if there aren’t any options.
Chelsea have set a £68 million asking price for Neto, which is considerably higher than the £54 million that the Blues paid Wolverhampton Wanderers.
For Chelsea across all competitions, Pedro Neto recorded 10 goals and 10 assists in 52 appearances (43 starts) during the 2025/26 season.
He also finished the campaign as Chelsea’s leading assist provider across all competitions.
Potential replacements for Pedro Neto
Chelsea have been linked with several external targets to bolster their wide options if Pedro Neto departs.
Among the primary names on their radar was 18-year-old winger Kerim Alajbegovic, who ended up choosing a move to Juventus.
PSG youngster Ibrahim Mbaye and RB Leipzig’s Yan Diomande are also being closely tracked by Chelsea scouts, but nothing is concrete.
However, there are options like Quenda, Rogers, Cole Palmer and Estevao, should they not seek a signing.
