Manchester City have rejected a bid of around €45 million for midfielder Rodri from Barcelona, according to GIVEMESPORT sources.

GIVEMESPORT understands that Manchester City want in the region of €75 million in order to sanction an exit for Rodri, who has been a target for both Barcelona and Real Madrid this summer.

Real Madrid have now withdrawn from negotiations due to the fact that Rodri wants to join Barcelona before the end of the window.

Barcelona have already agreed personal terms with Rodri, and it's now just about the two clubs coming to an agreement in terms of a transfer fee.

The La Liga giants are set to make a new offer and remain optimistic of being able to secure his signature this summer.
