Barcelona and Roony Bardghji will work on an exit in the final weeks of the summer transfer window as the Swedish goes in search of more playing time this season, according to Fabrizio Romano.
Barça signed Anthony Gordon and Karim Adeyemi which basically ended any realistic hopes of more minutes for Roony, who wants to play regular first team football this season and has decided to leave Camp Nou.
A few places have already linked Roony with Ajax, who appear eager to sign him on a permanent deal. Barça want to remain in control of Roony’s future and will include clauses that allow them to bring him back in the future, according to Romano’s report.
Roony finished last season with two goals and three assists in 28 appearances for Barça, and will look for more minutes and better numbers somewhere else this season.
