On August 8, Larry Fitzgerald will be enshrined in the Pro Football Hall of Fame, joining the best players, coaches, and contributors that the game has ever seen.

Not only does he join the 386 other members, but he joins the fraternity of Cardinals, dating back to 1920, to receiver the honor. Individuals like Guy Chamberlin, Alan Faneca, Dwight Freeney, Walt Kiesling, Curly Lambeau, Don Maynard, Jim Thorpe, and Emmitt Smith wore the Cardinals uniform, but are known for some of their other spots.

Fitzgerald becomes one of the inductees who called the Cardinals home for his entire career.

Kurt Warner

Kurt Warner

Quarterback. Kurt Warner solidified himself as a Cardinals legend when he orchestrated the greatest postseason in franchise history during the 2008 season. His path, however, began in the Arena Football League and in NFL Europe with the Amsterdam Admirals. After winning a Super Bowl with the Rams and a brief stint with the Giants, the then three-time Pro Bowler signed to the Cardinals. The Warner-Larry Fitzgerald connection in the postseason ignited the Cardinals’ run to the Super Bowl. Warner’s 11 postseason touchdowns are tied for the most TD passes in the playoffs. He was inducted into the Cardinals Ring of Honor in 2014.
