The Cleveland Browns are two weeks into training camp, and installation periods are finished. Head coach **Todd Monken** has maintained all along that he will likely name a starter between QB **Deshaun Watson** and QB **Shedeur Sanders** later in training camp, after both players have been evaluated through rotating days of reps.
Unfortunately, the results have been less-than-desirable in camp thus far. Watson still looks lost or wild most days, with a few good throws mixed in between. Sanders shows that same promise as he did a year ago, but the speed might not be quite there yet.
That opened the door for our Reacts poll this week, which asked whether QB **Dillon Gabriel** should be included in the team’s quarterback competition. An overwhelming 68% of fans said “yes,” which is a very high amount, given the fact that fans lost faith in him last year due to his issues with getting the ball down the field.
While the media has been pumping him up a bit, I’ve remained skeptical, due to my doubts on whether he’s improved upon his inability to get the ball downfield a year ago. **Lane Adkins** of The OBR sees that as a positive change to his game this offseason, though:
