Manchester United are involved in negotiations with Leicester City for Louis Page. However, they will face stiff competition from Arsenal and Aston Villa in their pursuit.
The 18-year-old is thought highly of at the King Power Stadium, as the Foxes brace for his imminent departure as a result of relegation to League One. Having only joined Leicester's first-team last summer, the youngster was awarded the EFL's apprentice of the year award in 2025/26.
BBC Sport claim that United are working toward a deal for the attacking-midfielder, with discussions currently ongoing. United are in the middle of a midfield shake-up as a result of losing Casemiro as a free agent.
The club have already snapped up Andrey Santos from Chelsea, and Youri Tielemans from Aston Villa, but look likely to make further additions ahead of next month's transfer deadline.
While names such as Aurelien Tchouameni, Alex Scott and Carlos Baleba have all previously been mentioned, it appears as though the Red Devils are looking for a youngster to develop at Old Trafford.
Page came off the bench during the second half of the club's 1-0 Carabao Cup victory over Northampton Town on Saturday. Having come through the ranks at the Midlands outfit, he made his senior debut just under a year ago in the Carabao Cup, going on to rack up a total of 22 first-team appearances throughout last season.
The midfielder put pen to paper on a professional deal at the King Power Stadium last September, which means United will need to negotiate a fee with Leicester.

The Foxes offloaded fellow youth product Jeremy Monga to Manchester City for £10million, potentially rising to £12.5million earlier this summer.
Considering the comparable age profiles and promise, they may seek a similar sum.
Page isn't the only Leicester academy graduate that United have been linked with during this window.

Earlier this summer, the Daily Mail identified United as among the clubs expressing interest in centre-back Ben Nelson.
Though, any transfer now appears doubtful following the 22-year-old's anterior cruciate ligament injury sustained in the final pre-season fixture against Genoa, which will sideline him for most of the season.
