Arsenal are reportedly plotting another raid on Club Brugge just a few weeks on from signing winger Christos Tzolis from the Belgian outfit.
The Gunners have reportedly scouted £30m-rated move defender Joaquin Seys as Mikel Arteta's side look for a different option at full-back.
However, they'll face competition from several Premier League clubs, with Manchester United also keen on signing the Belgian international.
The Red Devils reportedly saw an initial approach for Lewis Hall rebuffed by Newcastle United, who have made it clear the left-back is not available for transfer, moving onto Seys as an alternative.
According to the Sun, Arsenal, alongside United and the Magpies, are interested in securing the Belgian international's signature this summer.
The report suggests Arsenal will face competition from Aston Villa and Portuguese heavyweights Benfica and Porto, should they pursue the left-back, who impressed representing his nation at this summer's World Cup.

It adds that Arteta's outfit, have carried out extensive scouting missions to watch the Club Brugge star with a dossier landing on the head coach's desk.
The Gunners head coach has made it clear his side are in the market for 'the right player' after told reporters: "Well, that's what we're trying to do.
"If we have the right player in the market to make us much better. We are very looking forward to that.”
The defender has three years left on his existing deal, with Brugge under no pressure to part with the emerging talent.

It's claimed the £30m valuation reportedly won't deter Manchester United in particular, with the club eager to resolve their persistent problems at full-back this summer.
The club are searching for someone to replace Luke Shaw, although United are also keen to bolster other areas of the squad ahead of their Champions League return.
Aston Villa are in the market for a replacement for Lucas Digne, who has headed back to PSG, leaving Emery with a gap to fill at left-back.
