Spurs’ transfer activity has been executed in rather short order, compared to some previous seasons.
We’ve brought in: Sandro Tonali (Newcastle United, £92.5-100m), Mateus Fernandes (West Ham United, £85m), Jan Paul van Hecke (Brighton & Hove Albion, £52m), Andy Robertson (Liverpool, free), Marcos Senesi (Bournemouth, free), and Martin Dubravka (Burnley, free). (Academy/U21: Cole Ramsey from Aston Villa, free).
Through the door marked out: Vuskovic (Brighton, ~£46m), Lankshear (Middlesbrough, ~£10m), Veliz (Bahia, ~£8m), Devine (Preston, ~£6m), Thompson (Man Utd, undisc.), Dragusin (Fiorentina, loan), Melia (Lincoln, loan), Russell-Denny (Bristol Rovers, loan), Gunter (Boreham Wood, loan), Bissouma (released)
However, one of the most anticipated bits of business is that of Cuti Romero’s departure. Marca says that:

“…confidence is growing in Madrid over Romero's arrival. The 28-year-old right-footer has given his word to Los Colchoneros for a second time after his move collapsed last summer when the clubs failed to reach an agreement.”
Barcelona made a late, unsuccessful push “in recent hours” to sway Cristian “Cuti” Romero, but he has already given his word to Atlético Madrid for the second consecutive summer and is waiting for the deal to be finalised - which just about sums the boy up.
Goal take a view:
“Confidence at Atlético has risen further after Barcelona's failed attempts to intervene in recent hours. Both Atlético and Romero believe the transfer must happen this time."
All of which points to Arsenal not getting their grubby little hands on our grubby little liability.
