Sky News confirm big Liverpool takeover update with official confirmation imminent

A consortium led by Amit Bhatia – who recently left his role at QPR – including Amazon founder Jeff Bezos and Facebook co-founder Eduardo Saverin, are now in talks to complete the deal.

Sky News have provided a massive update on the situation and have also confirmed that an official announcement from FSG’s side could come as early as this week.

Some of the wealthiest individuals in the world getting together to run one of the most successful football clubs in the history of the sport has a nice ring to it.
