Arsenal have reportedly set a £78million asking price for Martin Zubimendi amid interest from both Real Madrid and Chelsea.
According to Mundo Deportivo, the Gunners value the Spain international at around £78m as speculation grows over his future at the Emirates Stadium.

Zubimendi only joined Arsenal last summer, with the Premier League champions reportedly paying around £60m to bring the midfielder to north London.
A £78m sale would therefore represent an £18m increase on Arsenal’s initial investment after just one season.
The midfielder has quickly established himself as an important part of Mikel Arteta’s squad since arriving from Real Sociedad.
His performances have also continued to attract attention from elsewhere, with Real Madrid and Chelsea reportedly among the clubs monitoring his situation.
Real Madrid’s interest could be particularly significant given Zubimendi’s status as one of Spain’s leading midfielders, while Chelsea are also continuing to assess their options in the position.
For Arsenal, however, the reported valuation suggests that the club would only consider letting Zubimendi leave for a substantial fee.
