Fabrizio Romano reports that PSG have submitted an official offer worth €50 million to Barcelona for Torres, with talks between the clubs now at an advanced stage.

Torres has already reached an agreement on personal terms with PSG, according to reports cited by Romano, leaving the clubs to complete negotiations over the transfer fee.
