Liverpool will begin their 2026/27 Premier League campaign under new head coach Andoni Iraola with a trip to Newcastle United.
The match will take place on Sunday, August 23, at 4:30pm BST, with Liverpool’s first home fixture coming against Nottingham Forest on the weekend of August 29.

Over the Christmas and New Year period, Iraola’s side will face Hull City (A), Aston Villa (A), Coventry City (H) and Sunderland (A).
Liverpool will conclude their league campaign at home to Bournemouth on Sunday, May 30, 2027, when all fixtures will kick off simultaneously.
Meanwhile, Liverpool U21s’ fixture list for the new Premier League 2 season has been officially confirmed. Rob Page’s side will begin their campaign with a Merseyside derby against Everton at Goodison Park before hosting Leeds United at the Kirkby Academy.
Liverpool U21s will conclude the season against Ipswich Town on April 2, 2027, All dates and kick-off times are subject to change. Page’s side drew 2-2 with Huddersfield Town in their latest pre-season friendly on Saturday afternoon.
