The Carabao Cup has been confirmed ahead of the second round with Chelsea and Tottenham both at home to lower league opposition.
Manchester City are the holders but the Premier League sides in Europe do not enter until the third round. However below par seasons for the likes of the Blues and Newcastle mean they are into the competition earlier than they'd like.
Chelsea will host Luton whilst Tottenham will welcome London rivals Charlton, who only have to make the short trip across the capital. Fulham welcome AFC Wimbledon to Craven Cottage in another tie featuring two London sides.
In the Northern section Nottingham Forest have been drawn against Leeds in one of the all-top flight sides. Newcastle, who won the Carabao Cup two years ago, will host West Brom.
