Cowboys reach extension with DL Quinnen Williams

OXNARD, Calif. (KLTV) - The Dallas Cowboys and defensive lineman Quinnen Williams have agreed to a three-year, $105.9 million extension to make him one of the highest-paid defensive linemen in the NFL, according to ESPN’s Ian Rapoport.

Williams was acquired by the Cowboys from the New York Jets in the middle of last season.

The three-year extension averages out to $35.3 million per year. He receives $101 million in total guaranteed money and $63.35 million fully guaranteed at signing. Williams had two years left on his four-year, $96 million extension he signed with the Jets in 2023.

Williams played in seven games with the Cowboys last year, tallying 21 tackles, three tackles for loss, 1.5 sacks and one interception.
